Hi! I do not really understand what you are trying to do with the plugin or where you expect to find it. You need to create a Test Project, and create a new recording using a Web Performance Test of a JSON/SOAP/WCF web application, in order to see the Web Service Tab in its Test Result Viewer with content. If you are not familiar with Test Projects and Web Performance Tests, this plugin will be of no use to you.
